Our properties
- We have a range of supported living homes with self-catered studios, and bedsits in shared accommodation
- All properties have access to emergency contact staff
- CCTV for communal and outside areas for resident safety
- Modern properties/ Rooms can be decorated bespoke to client needs
- Staffed 24/7 semi-independent provision if required
Placement Process
- Through well-structured Risk Assessments and Individual Care Plans, our motivated and skilled staff aim to ensure that independence and fulfilment are maximised for the vulnerable young people we work with.
- Carefully assessing each referral for risk and needs assessment
- Allocation of key service worker to support the client and carry out relevant assessments
- Needs analysis to assess the level and type of services required
