We specialise in providing bespoke independent support living services to our clients to support them to develop their self-confidence and self-esteem to live sustainable lives.

Our properties

  • We have a range of supported living homes with self-catered studios, and bedsits in shared accommodation
  • All properties have access to emergency contact staff
  • CCTV for communal and outside areas for resident safety
  • Modern properties/ Rooms can be decorated bespoke to client needs
  • Staffed 24/7 semi-independent provision if required

Placement Process

  • Through well-structured Risk Assessments and Individual Care Plans, our motivated and skilled staff aim to ensure that independence and fulfilment are maximised for the vulnerable young people we work with.
  • Carefully assessing each referral for risk and needs assessment
  • Allocation of key service worker to support the client and carry out relevant assessments
  • Needs analysis to assess the level and type of services required
